Senior Financial Analyst (NetSuite Required)

Location: Glendale, CA - On-site only (standard business hours: M-F, 8 am-5 pm)

Base Salary: $120,000 annually
The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to bolster our finance team. If you have strong NetSuite experience and a passion for healthcare finance, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting).
  • Develop and maintain FP&A processes: monthly closing, forecasts, variance, and profitability analysis.
  • Build and streamline financial reporting & dashboards for leadership and physician partners.
  • Support annual budgeting and periodic financial planning cycles.
  • Identify process improvements and lead NetSuite-driven automation and enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, clinical, billing, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure NetSuite integration aligns with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Mentor junior finance staff and build scalable reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or systems finance - ideally in healthcare or MSO.
  • Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite - implementation, customization, reporting, or SuiteScript.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; Power BI or similar a plus.
  • Familiarity with GAAP, month-end close, and financial audits.
