Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in a high growth technology company.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, SAP, and Tableau.
  • Track record of partnership and collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Ability to be organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, and manage ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills, with the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity.


About the job

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on one of Google's fastest growing businesses, Devices and Services. You will be part of the team that manages the Pixel and Ecosystem product Profit and Loss (P&L) end-to-end and drives core finance processes such as month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business reviews.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop Return on Investment (ROI) and cost/benefit analytics, manage financial risk across short-term and long-range horizons, and lead resource/headcount planning. You will act as a key partner to a wide array of cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, as well as specialized finance areas (finance operations, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and regional counterparts) to drive profitable growth, establish critical infrastructure, and shape the future of the Devices and Services business.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

  • Track key financial metrics to help drive investment trade-off discussions, evaluate investment options, and build financial models for various business scenarios.
  • Lead special projects, agreement reviews, and ad hoc analyses to inform the economics of cross-product area partnerships and long-term investments.
  • Support the headcount and resource planning process for the Devices and Services organization by driving data driven reporting and decision making and partnering closely with leadership and HR business partners.
  • Coordinate closely with all core finance areas (finance operations, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit) on operational considerations related to launch and other business activities.
