Senior Financial Analyst - Data Center Vertical Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Data Center Sales Vertical. This role will work closely with business leadership across the USA to drive profitable growth, provide financial transparency, influence investment decisions, and support strategic initiatives in one of the company's most important growth markets.

You'll Make an Impact By
  • Serving as the primary finance partner to Data Center Vertical leadership, supporting growth strategies, business planning, and performance management.
  • Leading financial planning activities including annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and revenue and order projections.
  • Providing financial insight and decision support through scenario modeling, profitability analysis, and market opportunity assessments.
  • Evaluating strategic investments, resource requirements, capacity expansion initiatives, and business development opportunities through robust business case development.
  • Supporting financial governance for major pursuits and strategic customer opportunities by evaluating profitability, risk, pricing, and commercial assumptions.
  • Monitoring key business performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate financial results into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partnering across Sales, Operations, R&D, Product Management, and Business Unit leadership to ensure financial objectives are integrated into strategic and operational decisions.

Your Success Is Grounded In

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, commercial finance, or business finance.
  • Experience building financial models, forecasts, business cases, and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of AI-enabled tools and automation, with an interest in applying them to financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, strategic growth initiatives, or vertical markets.
  • Knowledge of capital investment analysis, valuation methods, and scenario planning.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with data center, industrial, electrical, infrastructure, or technology markets.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.

The pay range for this position is $81,753 - $140,148 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
