Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidation & G&A will own corporate consolidation and G&A finance end-to-end, acting as the primary driver for our monthly management reporting package and cross-functional budget partnership. What You'll Do • Own the monthly roll-up of every function into the corporate model, pulling Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A actuals and forecasts together into one company P&L that ties to the source of truth. Reduce roll-up-to-report cycle time and eliminate manual rework. • Build and maintain the monthly reporting package: actuals vs. budget/forecast, variance commentary, and KPI tracking. Support the quarterly board deck. • Serve as the finance partner to G&A cost-center owners (Finance, Legal, People, Operations). Own G&A budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend, with monthly variance reviews. Given ~700 employees across two countries, people cost and headcount are the center of gravity here. • Own the corporate model as the single place all functions come together; ensure the mapping from source systems and functional inputs into the model is accurate, documented, and scalable as we grow. • Push reporting off spreadsheets and toward the data stack. Partner with Data and Accounting to build repeatable, auditable pulls from BigQuery/dbt rather than manual extracts. • Support ad hoc analysis for the CFO and finance leadership (unit economics, cost efficiency, scenario work). • Prepare variance analysis with clear, decision-useful commentary, not just deltas. • Build and maintain G&A forecasts and headcount plans; own the re-forecast cycle for your areas. What We Look For • 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; experience owning or building a corporate/consolidated model that rolls up multiple functions or business units required. • Strong grasp of how a company P&L is built bottoms-up. You understand what each function drives and how it flows into the corporate model, and can reconcile inputs to actuals. • Expert Excel/Sheets modeling (SUMIFS, array formulas, clean model architecture); you build models other people can actually maintain. • Comfort working directly with data: SQL against a warehouse, or a demonstrated ability to pick it up fast. • Hands-on with a modern ERP for sourcing actuals. • Precise, low-ego, and self-directed. You catch your own errors and communicate concisely. Benefits & Perks: As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including: • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family. • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness. • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability. • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province. • A home office stipend. • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees. • Paid parental leave. • A local in-person meet-up program. • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto. Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees
