Key Responsibilities:
• Lead revenue forecasting, sales performance reporting, and ARR analysis as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Support the modeling and forecasting of ARR, NDR, churn, expansion, and upsell trends, providing actionable insights that directly impact go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop dashboards and models that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and cohort behavior.
• Develop and present business insights, sales analytics, and key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV, NRR) to senior leadership and functional stakeholders.
• Drive automation and scale in forecasting tools and reporting processes, particularly as they relate to revenue analytics and sales performance tracking.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting infrastructure to support scalable ARR projections and retention cohort analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with a strong emphasis on SaaS metrics, ARR forecasting, and sales analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in building and supporting models focused on revenue forecasting, churn analysis, and NDR/ARR insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning and enterprise reporting systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR/NDR, Churn, Expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and turn complex findings into business recommendations.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Background in sales finance or revenue operations.
• Exposure to investor reporting and board-level communications focused on growth metrics.

CP Payroll believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of this role's hiring base salary range is$88,000 -$115,000. The actual salary offered may be outside of this range depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's education, training, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.

This role is eligible for an annual bonus with a target of 7.5% of base salary, based on company and individual performance.
