We're looking for an experienced advisor ready to grow an established or existing practice within a firm that combines boutique-level relationships with institutional-grade resources and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, evaluating client needs and customizing solutions
  • Build and grow a client base through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach - with support transitioning or growing an existing book
  • Stay current on financial planning tools, strategies, and industry trends
  • Leverage SFG's full suite of resources - planning, product, marketing, and compliance support - to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Commit to continuous professional development to advance your practice and your career

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, with a track record of managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
  • Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong expertise in finance, investments, and retirement planning strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Additional certifications such as CFP or CRPC
  • Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and balance investment management, client acquisition, and sales activity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated
