Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor who is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions while building lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor who enjoys working with an established client base, values a fiduciary approach, and wants a long-term career path within a growing RIA.

Location: Fort Worth, TX (In-Person)

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Base Salary + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do

Service our existing client-base

Conduct financial planning and investment review meetings

Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions

Develop financial plans and customized recommendations using financial planning software

Present planning strategies and investment recommendations to clients

Conduct case specific research

Coordinate trading activities and client service tasks

Maintain compliance and documentation standards

Support client education initiatives, seminars, webinars, and marketing efforts

What We're Looking For

8 to 10 years of client-facing financial planning or overall wealth management experience

Should have strong financial planning skills

CFP® designation preferred

Series 65 required if CFP® designation is not held

Life & Health Insurance License required

Bachelor's degree required

Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management strategies

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
