Are you ready to influence strategic business decisions and drive sustainable growth for one of the LEGO Group's largest commercial markets? Bring your commercial finance expertise to the table and become a trusted business partner to the US Channels leadership team!

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as the Finance Business Partner to the LEGO US Channels Customers Team, supporting the delivery of both topline growth and bottom-line performance
  • Serve as the finance representative and key member of the US Channels Leadership Team, providing strategic financial guidance and challenge
  • Develop, review, and submit periodic financial forecasts, estimates, and annual financial plans in close collaboration with Key Account Management and other partners
  • Conduct financial performance reviews, trade terms evaluations, customer and channel profitability analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance
  • Drive strategic finance planning and contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Joint Business Planning (JBP), and other business planning activities
  • Ensure timely communication of financial results, budgets, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to business partners
  • Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement within the dedicated business area
  • Collaborate closely with the broader US and Americas Finance teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes

Do you have what it takes?
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • Proven experience in commercial controlling, financial planning, and business partnering experience within an international organization, preferably in FMCG or retail
  • Strong experience delivering results as a Finance Business Partner supporting commercial functions and senior partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make recommendations and influence decisions even when data is incomplete
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and partner management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders across finance and non-finance functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


What would be an advantage?
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization, SAP and business intelligence tools

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of 134 750,00 $ - 202 126,00 $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
