Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
- Experience building, developing and leading a team.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with Finance and FP&A.
- Experience working with, and communicating with executives.
- Demonstrated impactful performance in prior role(s), with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent business partnering skills including proven ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a changing environment and drive operational initiatives.

Responsibilities - Partner with cross-functional product teams (such as Gemini, YouTube, and Search) to execute go-to-market strategies and accelerate consumer AI subscriber growth.
- Develop investment and risk management strategies to optimize subscription business, expand the subscriber base, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Build frameworks and tracking infrastructure to evaluate key growth drivers and measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing and go-to-market spend.
- Deliver data-driven financial analysis and construct high-impact executive presentations to keep leadership and key stakeholders strategically informed.
