Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical Finance professional to own financial planning and management for our rapidly evolving AI infrastructure and token finance. This role will be responsible for the forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling for our Central AI team, specifically infrastructure and token consumption, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Business Operations and other Finance leadership.

This is a highly dynamic area where usage patterns, product adoption, model mix, vendor economics, and technology can change quickly. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can move quickly from complex data to actionable insights, and has the judgment to determine where deeper analysis is required versus where the business needs a timely directional answer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic Finance business partner for Central AI (partnering across, Engineering, Product and BizOps), providing financial thought leadership and helping influence investment, product, and operating decisions.
• Own financial planning and modeling for AI infrastructure and token spend, including forecasting, annual planning, long range planning, scenario modeling, and strategic ad hoc analyses that inform key business decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of AI economics and underlying business drivers, including adoption and usage, token consumption, model mix, infrastructure requirements, vendor pricing, and efficiency levers, translating these drivers into COGS, unit economics, and gross margin implications.
• Proactively drive process improvements, scaling current financial models, data and tooling (in partnership with Cloud Finops) and other systems and processes

What We're Looking For

This individual should demonstrate:

• 10+years experience with complex financial modeling, driver based forecasting, scenario analysis, budgeting, and long range planning.
• Experience within the software industry and with cloud infrastructure and cloud provider economics, with the ability to understand technical cost drivers and translate them into financial outcomes.
• Experience with LLM/token economics and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, or demonstrated depth working with comparable consumption based technology models.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify the few variables that matter most within large and complex datasets.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and bring structure to problems that do not have an established playbook.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics and develop polished, executive ready deliverables.
• A high say/do ratio, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities, assumptions, and technology can change quickly.

Pay Ranges

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $168,300 - $219,725

Zone B: $151,470 - $197,753

Zone C: $139,689 - $182,372
