Job Description:Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Director for Trauma within the MedTech DePuy Synthes organization. DePuy Synthes is the world's leading orthopedics company, with approximately $9B in annual revenue across multiple platforms, including Trauma. This role can be based in NJ/PA.
The Senior Finance Director, Trauma will lead financial strategy and execution for the global Trauma business in partnership with senior business leaders. This role is accountable for delivering financial commitments, improving forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and maintaining strong compliance discipline. The leader will provide strategic decision support through robust analytics, active Integrated Business Planning engagement, and clear performance insights. Key responsibilities include leading business plans and forecast updates, supporting external business development evaluations, influencing pricing and deal economics, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize inventory, excess and obsolete reserves, instruments, and capital deployment. Financial priorities include market share growth, gross profit improvement, price realization, lower cost to serve, and improved utilization of Trauma inventory and instruments.
The Senior Finance Director will lead, engage, and develop the Trauma finance team and serve as a key member of the Trauma leadership team.
Key Qualifications- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance; an MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years of finance business experience is required, with strong technical finance capabilities and demonstrated business partnership.
- People management experience is required, including the ability to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to frame business results, translate insights into action, and communicate complex financial information clearly is required.
- Ability to think creatively, work effectively in a team environment, and anticipate changing business requirements across a large, complex landscape is required.
- Demonstrated digital fluency, including the ability to leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to improve decision-making, drive productivity, and enable business transformation, is required.
This position can be based in NJ/PA and requires approximately 20% travel.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
-Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period 10 days
- Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$178,000.00 - $307,050.00
