Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Data Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Investments team based out of our Santa Clara campus. As an integral member of the team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business information that is both informative and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring deep finance analytics experience, advanced automation and data skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company's timelines. We are looking for an upbeat individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced and execution-oriented environment passionate about achieving goals, and with good communication skills.

What you'll be doing:
  • Act as a translator and steward of operating expense, capital, headcount and purchase order data, guiding users to understand and properly leverage data sources / solutions.
  • Develop, prototype, build and maintain data solutions by using SQL, AI and BI Tools, financial reporting standards, and database management experience.
  • Develop AI agents that automate finance processes, collect and transform data, and produce reporting/analysis while maintaining high quality.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, assess risks/issues and deliver solutions on time.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure and meet performance requirements. Support solutions through monitoring data quality, enhancing solutions, resolving issues and training end-users.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for process optimization, building consensus, automation, and cost reduction.


What we need to see:
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, working closely with business partners from multiple departments. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, AI Tools (Claude, Cursor and/or ChatGPT Work), Tableau or Power BI. Strong data modeling skills in SQL is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • End-user focused and experienced in delivering game-changing AI and data solutions.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive change and operational improvement.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to build successful relationships.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience with operating expense, capital, headcount or purchase order data.
  • Strong ownership ethic and intense focus on accuracy and accountability; take pride of work quality, strive for improvements; operate with strong team-work spirit..
  • Experience automating finance workflows beyond Excel by developing agents and skills using Claude Code, ChatGPT Work, Cursor, Python and SQL.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 3, and 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
