Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
  • Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and form strong working relationships with business partners.
  • Strong problem solving and financial modeling skills including comfort with SQL and ambiguous data exploration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly forecasting by aligning Sales, Operations, and Product Finance to consolidate metrics (seats, business, bookings). Automate models, dashboards, and reports for faster, deeper insights.
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership. Present financial narratives and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in key business reviews.
  • Drive North America annual planning, delivering recommendations for subregion product splits across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) portfolio.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on performance, profitability, and strategic priorities to guide executive decision-making.
  • Foster strong alignment across regional finance, product finance, and cross-functional teams to share knowledge, refine processes, and execute joint initiatives.
