Join a dynamic global finance team where your insights will directly influence commercial pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across our Automotive division in Europe and North America. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll partner with cross-functional leaders, drive impactful business initiatives, and help shape the financial future of a fast-paced, international organization.
Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.
  • Provide analytical support for business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools, automation efforts, and standardized processes.
  • Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • support efforts to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial data quality, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including pricing strategies, cost savings initiatives, and performance tracking, to drive business improvements.


About The Role:

The Analyst will support core financial processes including contributing to commercial pricing and quotation activities, while also supporting month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, Supply Chain Finance and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reporting or ad hoc queries.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/BA/Controlling or similar

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Finance/ FBP training, controlling, accounting and tax


Experience:
  • Experience in finance & controlling within a multi-cultural environment
  • Experienced in working with senior & executive management and customers
  • Concrete background in FP&A and/or group controlling
  • Project management experience & stakeholder management


Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & relationship building skills
  • Highly level of integrity & trust when dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
  • Highly adaptable to different business environment/requirements
  • Ability to retain professionalism and performance whilst working under pressure and heavy workloads
  • Excellent functional & technical skills in finance & controlling
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Good working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, BW, Hyperion/Oracle)
  • Strong business knowledge and acumen
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deadlines and without supervision


What To Expect:

Additional Details:
  • Role can be based anywhere in the U.S. and individual will work remotely; preferably based within Eastern or Central U.S. time zones
  • Working hours anywhere between 7am-6pm local time to support U.S. and European operations
