How You'll Make an Impact - Champion safety and quality in the preparation and execution phases of the outage
- Manage staffing to perform well orchestrated turbine generator outages
- Handle and support outage planning efforts for Siemens Energy and customers
- Provide technical oversight and lead both SEI and customer personnel in technical discussions
- Lead and provide oversight of vendors throughout the planning and execution process
- Develop and manage schedule, including schedule report outs to customers
What You Bring - 15+ years of Turbine Generator and or field service experience
- Knowledge generator maintenance and outage execution
- Experience working in commercial nuclear power plants
- Experience in leading people and vendors
- Confirmed understanding of lifting and rigging
- Open to travel 75% of the year planning and completing outages
- Ability to gain unescorted access in a nuclear power plant (FFD, psychological background, criminal history, etc)
