Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Field Project Manager to join the Arcadis Construction Services Team in Houston, TX. As a Senior Field Project Manager, you will work with our teams to service clients in the Oil and Gas market. Particularly on our remediation and upstream projects. We are looking for a senior resource to help us implement field programs in a safe and efficient manner consistent with Arcadis's and our client's expectations and safety programs.

This role will sit within the larger Global Resilience Business Area. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations. Around the world, we're feeling the effects climate change, rapid urbanization, loss of biodiversity. The rate at which we're seeing large-scale, unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires, is becoming more frequent. Role accountabilities:

As a Senior Field Project Manager, you will be accountable to Arcadis's and client project managers to deliver our projects as requested/required. You will be working with a team that will support your efforts and manage the overall project for our clients. You will be a key member on some our clients most important and challenging projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 20 years' experience in the environmental field
  • BS, or equivalent, degree
  • Upstream Oil and Gas Experience
  • Experience working with one or more major Oil and Gas companies.
  • Safety and/or project management certifications are preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willing to travel.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $122,478 - $208,212. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
