Description

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our US field marketing efforts This is a hands-on role focused on driving regional pipeline growth through events, partner marketing and close alignment with Sales. You will play a critical role in accelerating demand and positioning Noma as a leader in AI security.

**This role supports our East Region and requires you to be based on the East Coast, with regular regional travel to support field marketing events and programs**

What You'll Do

  • Own regional pipeline generation and acceleration targets, planning backwards from ARR goals.
  • Plan and execute high-impact field events (executive dinners, workshops, lunch-and-learns, roadshows, trade shows) while providing hands-on support for major conferences such as RSAC and Black Hat.
  • Partner closely with Sales to build territory plans aligned with each AE's patch and support pipeline goals.
  • Support field aspects of partner and channel marketing, including joint events and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Activate local security communities through meetups, user groups, and CISO roundtables.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts related to field programs.
  • Travel frequently to support events and regional initiatives.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity marketing (must).
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience working in high-growth, start-up environments.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage complex, multi-faceted campaigns without letting details fall through the cracks.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce (big plus).
  • Strong communication skills, including goal tracking, reporting and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing Ops, and leadership.
  • High ownership, urgency, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Eagerness to learn the space - everyone in our GTM org is expected to deeply understand the product and be able to demo it.
