Associated Bank is seeking an experienced Personal Trust Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients while overseeing the administration of personal trust accounts. In this role, you will help clients achieve their wealth planning goals, deepen relationships, and drive business growth through exceptional service and strategic advice. Job Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal trust and fiduciary accounts, ensuring exceptional service and accurate administration.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with high net worth clients to drive retention, asset growth, and revenue generation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and attract new business through proactive client engagement.
  • Provide sophisticated wealth planning guidance and customized trust solutions to meet client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to uncover cross-selling opportunities and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts with existing clients and external prospects to support portfolio growth.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Support strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness.
Education & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in trust administration, wealth management, private banking, or fiduciary services.
  • Experience managing relationships with high net worth individuals and families.
  • Strong knowledge of trust, estate planning, fiduciary, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
Preferred
  • Professional designation such as CTFA, CFP, CPA, JD, or related credential.
  • Experience developing new trust business and expanding client relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of wealth planning, estate planning, and investment management solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors.
