Full Job Description
The Senior Fiduciary Coordinator is responsible for supporting the South Region Advisory practice by managing multiple projects or work streams and helping triage and evaluate trust acceptance matters and inquiries requiring advisory oversight. The Senior Fiduciary Coordinator plays a key role at the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements, working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phases. Functional expertise is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the Regional Chief Fiduciary Officer (RCFO) with intake, triage, preparation, follow-up, and follow-through on fiduciary matters escalated for review. • Serve as an initial reviewer for RCFO-escalated submissions to ensure completeness and clarity. • Ensure submissions align with policy, precedent, and governance expectations. • Partner with SFOs and Fiduciary Partners to help resolve issues at the appropriate level. • Track themes and recurring fiduciary issues to support proactive guidance. • Provide data analytics and metrics reporting support for fiduciary business activity and individual partners. • Coordinate with existing committee secretaries to support the RCFO’s administrative oversight of regional committees. • Demonstrate strong organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through. • Support assigned RCFO team projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-through. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE • Experience as a Trust Administrator, Senior Account Specialist or Associate Relationship Advisor in Wealth Management, Trust & Advisory, or Fiduciary Administration. • Strong understanding of fiduciary operations, trust administration, and governance concepts. • Ability to coordinate administrative details across multiple stakeholders without formal authority. • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to track commitments and ensure timely follow-through. • Professional discretion, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in fiduciary leadership and oversight roles.
