What is the opportunity?

As an LLQP licensed Senior Facilitator Onboarding, Advisor and Leader Enablement , you will be responsible for the effective transfer of knowledge to new and existing Insurance Advisors through onboarding. You will lead with a Client First mindset, are committed to creating a positive client experience and are comfortable with the principles of adult learning.

What will you do?
  • Ensure graduated Learners have a Client First mindset, behavioral and technical skills and confidence to be successful in their role.
  • Coordinate, enhance and facilitate learning plans utilizing a variety of mediums to ensure successful transfer of knowledge.
  • Maintain open communication and partnership with leaders to identify successes and gaps regarding hiring practices.
  • Follow up on the Learners' performance/ evaluation process to escalate and make the proper recommendations.
  • Implement new ideas, best practices, lessons-learned, routines and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Be an active ambassador for an Always Learning Mindset for the Learners, colleagues and Center.


What will you need to succeed?

Must have
  • 5yrs experience in Licensed Insurance Advisor role with Active LLQP
  • Previous experience in client facing role providing recommendations related Life, Living Benefits and Wealth solutions.
  • Solid Facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Knowledge of RBC capabilities/services/products/solutions, partners & delivery channels
  • Fluency in English Oral & Written
  • Superior written and verbal Communication skills


Nice to have
  • Fluency in French Oral and Written
  • Application of Adult Learning principles
  • Demonstrated People leadership capabilities.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
