Job Summary
Seeking a Senior F-35 Pilot Training Support Analyst to provide high-impact programmatic and technical support to the Training Systems & Simulation (TSS) PMO within the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). This role supports the F-35 Pilot Training enterprise across U.S. Services, Partner Nations, and FMS customers, spanning training systems development, digital delivery, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide coordination. Ideal candidates are seasoned aviation professionals - former aircrew strongly preferred - with
deep familiarity in military training systems, classified programs, and cross-service/coalition coordination.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of ten years' experience with four of the past five years in a relevant field
Demonstrate ability to perform all functional duties independently
Support high-visibility, mission-critical efforts and provide oversight, guidance and direction to less senior staff
Bachelor's degree from a U.S.-accredited institution.
Strong preference for prior military aircrew experience (pilot or rated aircrew).
Demonstrated expertise in digital delivery of pilot training products or other aviation training systems.
Experience working within classified environments and ability to obtain/maintain SAP clearance.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel domestically with organizationally required payment methods (credit card or prepaid card).
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Prior aviation training system design or operational training experience.
Familiarity with coalition training frameworks and multinational program coordination.
What Success Looks Like
Lead/support enterprise-level planning, coordination, and execution of F-35 Pilot Training events and stakeholder forums.
Manage programmatic activities including requirement intake, prioritization, scheduling, data calls, and enterprise communication.
Deliver coordination "cradle-to-grave" for major training conferences, Pilot Training System Review Teams (TSRTs), RSWGs, and TIMs.

Salary Range (DMV Market)
$143k-$193K / year
Location-Based Compensation
Compensation is determined based on the employee's primary work location, applicable labor market, experience, education, certifications, security clearance, and other job-related factors. Candidates working outside the DMV may receive a different salary range consistent with local market conditions and applicable law.
