Essential duties & responsibilities:- As a Dave's Technician you will deliver first-class service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining your customer's home comfort systems
- Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to solve problems and become your customer's "Trusted Advisor"
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and create lifetime customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises and team meetings
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate repairs and deliver a 5-Star Experience
Skills you bring for success- 3 years of HVAC Service experience required
- Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA Certified
- Interest and initiative in advancing your HVAC and customer service skills.
- Current Virginia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work van.
- Applicants must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above

Work Location: On the road in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, VA
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
