Position Summary

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle executive search across all corporate functions, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain. This role partners closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify, attract, assess, and hire top executive talent aligned to business strategy. The Executive Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor, delivering market insights, driving best-in-class recruiting practices, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive search delivery for Director, VP, and C-suite roles across all corporate functions.


  • Partner with executive leadership and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategy.


  • Conduct intake sessions and ongoing calibration meetings to ensure alignment throughout the search process.


  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies including market mapping, competitor analysis, and direct outreach.


  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse executive talent across key functional areas.


  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and leadership capability evaluations.


  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle including engagement, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.


  • Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive landscape.


  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages.


  • Ensure a high-touch, professional, and confidential candidate experience.


  • Collaborate with compensation, HR, and leadership on competitive offer development and closing strategies.
