Full Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Executive Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive, high-level administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Strategic Systems Programs (PAE SSP) Executive Director. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary conduit for information workflow, managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, prioritizing critical deliverables, drafting high-level correspondence, and facilitating seamless communication across leadership, DOD stakeholders, and industry partners.

You will work closely with division leaders and stakeholders to track and execute strategic initiatives, organize and streamline office management processes, and monitor programmatic actions on behalf of the Executive Director. Additionally, you will oversee executive scheduling, ensure preparation for high-level briefings, and manage internal process workflows to optimize the Executive Director's time and strategic focus.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize the Executive Director's daily workflow, maintaining situational awareness of emerging issues, prioritizing high-level deliverables, and acting as the central point of contact for the executive office.
  • Execute coordination efforts between the Executive Director, Technical Division leads, Senior Executive Service (SES), military staff and defense industry partners to ensure alignment on SSP mission objectives.
  • Oversee executive office operations, including calendar management, complex scheduling, travel coordination, and logistical planning of high-profile meetings, briefings, and offsites.
  • Draft, review and edit highly sensitive executive correspondence, action items, meeting minutes, formal memorandums, and command-wide briefings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with military protocols.
  • Track and facilitate the timely closure of action items, managing internal database workflows to guarantee that deliverable for leadership is complete.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain robust professional relationships across the command, helping to synthesize reporting materials, program updates, and strategic documentation.

What You Bring to the Table
  • A bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 15+ years of experience in executive level office management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence within a DOD or military command environment.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing.
  • Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), exceptional organizational acumen, and superior verbal and written communication skills for SES and flag officer.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%
