Full Job Description
As the Senior Event Marketing Manager, you'll own the planning, execution, and performance of Boulevard's industry conference and tradeshow presence. This isn't just an event logistics role - it's an opportunity to treat events as a full-funnel marketing channel that builds brand awareness, creates memorable experiences, drives pipeline, and strengthens our presence in the self-care industry. You'll bring both a sharp creative instinct for standout experiences and a data-driven mindset for measuring impact. You should care as much about how an event feels as the results it delivers.

You'll lead Boulevard's participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events from planning through execution, follow-up, and performance reporting, taking ownership of both the attendee experience and the business outcomes that follow. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role where you'll build strong partnerships across internal teams and with event organizers, vendors, customers, prospects, and industry partners, while serving as a key ambassador for the Boulevard brand.

This is an individual contributor role- you will not directly manage a team, but will be expected to operate with high autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning and execution of Boulevard's industry tradeshow and conference program, bringing our brand to life through thoughtful, creative, and polished event experiences.
  • Treat events as a full-funnel marketing channel that drives brand awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer connection.
  • Build and manage the event calendar, prioritizing opportunities based on audience fit, business impact, and market presence.
  • Manage event execution end to end, including sourcing, contracts, vendors, logistics, booth execution, staffing, and on-site operations.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Marketing Operations on event goals, campaigns, lead follow-up, attribution, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure events translate into measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns that drive awareness, meetings, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on event messaging, collateral, demos, attendee experience, and creative event activations.
  • Build strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, partners, customers, and prospects while serving as a key face of Boulevard in the market.
  • Travel regularly to support on-site execution and ensure a seamless, high-quality attendee experience.
  • Manage event budgets and track performance insights that help improve future programs, processes, and results.
What You'll Need to Thrive
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, and/or the self-care space.
  • Proven success owning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events end to end, from strategy and execution through post-event reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact across pipeline, ROI, and account engagement.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, vendors, and stakeholder relationships across all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong in-person presence and relationship-building skills, representing Boulevard confidently with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of event logistics, booth execution, and on-site operations, paired with a high bar for brand and attendee experience.
  • Experience managing contract negotiation, budgets, vendors, and event operations efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in CRM, marketing, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment and traveling frequently (up to ~30%).
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Mission-driven company empowering small business owners in the self-care space.
  • Opportunity to shape culture and impact business outcomes during a pivotal stage of growth.
  • Highly collaborative, supportive People team invested in your growth and development.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
