Job Description - Design develop and maintain end user computing EUC desktop engineering solutions.
- Implement and optimize Windows Virtual Desktop WVD environments to improve remote desktop experiences.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate desktop solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex desktop environment issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Ensure security compliance and adherence to best practices in desktop engineering setups.
- Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and system upgrades related to desktop environments.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Roles and Responsibilities - Lead the deployment configuration and management of EUC desktop solutions.
- Manage and support WVD infrastructure including user profile management and session host configurations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
