Position Description

We are looking for an adaptable, driven Senior Estimator who desires to be part of a dynamic team with company values centered around teamwork, ownership, and professionalism.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate & negotiate with with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate documentation & records
  • Develop and submit competitive budgets and bids
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Analyze methods & costs data
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews
  • Participate in industry, client & estimating events
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in estimating processes
  • Assist with preparing economic feasibility studies
  • Provide mentoring & training support for junior staff


Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in construction management, or a related field preferred
  • Specialized training or education focused on estimating is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as an Estimator with a commercial general contracting firm
