Responsibilities

Develop the estimate plan and coordinate with the project team
Lead the total project estimate development
Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis
Make cost contingency recommendations to the project team
Analyze problems and propose solutions aligned with project objectives
Maintain a library of current local rates for estimating

Full Job Description

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
Lead the development of the total project estimate
Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team
Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 5+ years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment
Have knowledge of both CSA and MEP disciplines
Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Accubid, Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
Are RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help!
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Are detail orientated and quality focused
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

Work Environment:

This is a local hybrid opportunity in the Tempe, AZ market of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. For non-local candidates, relocation would be required.

The Salary range for this role is $108,000.00 -$145,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent upon experience, education, and skillset.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
