We9re looking for a Senior Estimator(Events & Experiential) who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to help shape the success of our most complex and exciting projects. In this role, you9ll partner with sales, project management, design, production, and fabrication teams to develop accurate, competitive, and comprehensive project estimates that support business growth and exceptional client experiences.

What You9ll Do

As a Senior Estimator, you will be a trusted technical expert and collaborative partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, experiential environments, branded activations, and permanent installations
  • Analyze proposals, renderings, CAD drawings, specifications, and design documentation to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost evaluations
  • Partner closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams to validate project scope, assumptions, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify cost-saving strategies and value-engineering opportunities while maintaining design intent and quality standards
  • Review and evaluate estimates generated by project teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with strategic suppliers and fabrication partners to obtain pricing and assess project feasibility
  • Maintain and continuously improve estimating tools, cost databases, and pricing resources
  • Prepare estimate presentations and supporting documentation for internal and client-facing reviews
  • Analyze trends, historical costs, and production data to improve forecasting and estimating accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to estimators and cross-functional teams
What You Bring
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of estimating experience within exhibits, experiential marketing, custom fabrication, museums, themed environments, retail displays, or permanent corporate installations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Custom millwork
    • Metal fabrication
    • Construction methodologies
    • Production and installation processes
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting:
    • Architectural drawings
    • CAD files
    • Technical design documents
    • Construction details
    • Fabrication drawings
  • Ability to translate renderings and concepts into practical construction and production solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
