Reporting to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, you will partner with the EHS team to promote an operating culture that integrates safety into daily operations, with a focus on second shift. You will manage projects from concept through implementation, supporting learning and development initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Refrigerated & Frozen and Grocery & Snacks innovation, and Engineering. This position is supporting 2nd shift from 3 pm-11 pm.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement programs and processes
- Manage project resources and coordinate planning and execution to support timely implementation
- Support development, implementation, and accountability of standard safety programs
- Drive sustainability efforts including waste diversion and value-add recovery programs
- Provide support for project safety management and oversight as needed
- Coordinate the Environment, Health, Safety and Security assessment program including scheduling, reporting, and tracking findings to completion
- Develop and implement safety training content through the learning management system
- Complete inspections, audits, and other assigned activities within the task management system
- Develop and publish key metrics and reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Ingredients Required for Your Success- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environment, Health, Safety and Security, or related field
- 2+ years of experience organizing, planning, and executing EHS projects
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and external partners
- Strong communication and project management skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms, and artificial intelligence tools
- Travel up to 10%

Compensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
