As our Senior Enterprise Systems & HRIS Advisor you will:
Evaluate processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions adapted to Coveo's reality and growth stage.
Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
Partner with People teams to translate operational and strategic needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.
Act as the main bridge between HR and IS, ensuring priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs stay aligned with business goals.
Support the evolution of Coveo's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Systems leaders, to influence roadmap decisions and improve employee experience through technology.
