Department: IT | Technical Application Support Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: Primarily responsible for maintenance and support of the Epic IRIS databases on Linux platforms for both production and non-production environments. Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, update/upgrade the Epic IRIS databases. Provide support for ongoing Epic EMR implementation projects, providing technical expertise including testing and training. System administration of several servers and software systemd analysis, installation, and implementation. Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements. Provides top tier support for UAMS Information Technology. Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. This position participates in a group 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year on-call rotation where each member of the group takes call for 1 week at a time.
