Role Purpose
As a Senior Account Manager, you manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers where relationships are strategic and multi-stakeholder. You are responsible for driving retention and revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while ensuring customers achieve measurable business value.
You act as a strategic advisor, leveraging insights and data to help customers realize ROI and deepen their partnership with Trustpilot.
What you'll be doing:
  • Retention & Renewal: Manage complex enterprise renewals to achieve high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and ensure long-term partnership continuity.
  • Growth: Drive strategic upsell and cross-sell across multiple products, markets, or divisions to deliver sustained Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop multi-year account strategies and executive engagement plans aligned with customer priorities.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, driving alignment and value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver a unified customer experience and advocate for customer needs.
  • Market & Insight Leadership: Provide customer and market feedback to inform commercial strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
Who you are:
  • You have extensive experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success driving multi-year renewals, upsells, and NRR growth in complex customer environments.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Skilled in building cross-functional partnerships and managing matrixed stakeholders.
  • Confident, analytical, and data-driven account manager who delivers measurable business impact
  • A good understanding of the digital advertising/search marketing industry - preferred.
