About the PositionWe're seeking a
Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise growth and close high-value SaaS deals ($100K+ ACV). You'll own the full sales cycle on strategic accounts and generate $1M+ in closed-won revenue once fully ramped. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and plays a key role in shaping our enterprise sales rollout strategy.
Core Responsibilities:- Generate $500K+ in qualified pipeline in first 90 days
- Own full-cycle sales for home builders, land developers, data centers developers, commercial real estate (CRE) and/or lenders in the land space
- Conduct strategic outreach, warm lead conversion, and complex deal navigation
- Deliver compelling demos and ROI-driven narratives to executive stakeholders
- Drive Hubspot discipline, accurate forecasting, and contribute to pipeline reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to win
- Mentor junior AEs and shape team best practices
Key Competencies:- 5-10 years in full cycle enterprise SaaS sales, ideally to homebuilders, data centers, commercial real estate (CRE), and lenders/banks
- Proven closer with $100K+ ACV and experience with 3-6+ month deal cycles
- Proactive hunter always on the lookout for new opportunities to help customers
- Expert communicator, trusted advisor, and industry storyteller
- CRM power user (HubSpot preferred) with a process-driven mindset
- Able to influence multiple stakeholders across complex orgs
- Curious, coachable, and motivated by impact and ownership
- Based in Northwest Arkansas or remote with onsite travel for highly qualified candidates
