In this role, you'll guide multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, constructible, and sustainable solutions across a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing - Design Coordination: Lead and integrate inputs from civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive and constructible designs.
- Project Management: Develop and manage design schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with overall project timelines and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design issues and align expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Review design documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify design-related risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of design decisions, revisions, and approvals; prepare regular progress reports for leadership and clients.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide design team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in water infrastructure design and project delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience with municipal, industrial, or federal water projects preferred.
