Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with strong data analysis skills to support new product introduction and production ramp for power management ICs. This role works cross-functionally with design, test, operations, fabs, and OSAT partners to ensure product quality and yield meet targets. The ideal candidate can work independently, drive technical direction, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

In this job you will:
  • Own and manage product data across NPI through production ramp, ensuring accuracy and readiness for high-volume manufacturing
  • Analyze test, yield, and manufacturing data to drive quality, reliability, and yield improvements
  • Support qualification, ramp, and sustaining activities with fabs and OSAT partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, test, operations, and manufacturing teams to resolve data-driven issues
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and change management
  • Support program management activities, including milestone planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain product documentation, including release notes, qualification reports, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and address production inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
  • Monitor WIP and cycle time, providing feedback to operations and engineering teams for process optimization.


You bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, data engineering, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong experience analyzing electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar) and data visualization/reporting
  • Hands-on experience working with fabs, OSATs, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Solid understanding of IC manufacturing flows, qualification, and production ramp
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive root-cause analysis and data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $126,943 to $174,579.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
