Job Title: Senior Engineer- DSP ( Digital Signal Processing)
Location: Boston, MA- Onsite
Duration - Full Time

bout Work:
Experienced, hands-on Sr. Engineer with a strong background in Digital Signal Processing applied to complex spatial computing, image and video processing, and visualization applications. Individual contributor and work on the design, development, and implementation of signal processing algorithms for our radar-based health and safety platforms. This role requires a strong background in signal processing theory and real-time implementation on embedded platforms. You will also work in a collaborative team environment to help envision, architect, and prioritize our platform's signal processing features. Design, develop, and optimize DSP algorithms for embedded hardware platforms using high-level and assembly languages to ensure real-time performance and resource efficiency. Analyze and interpret signal data to improve detection, tracking, and classification performance.

Key Technical Requirements
In-depth knowledge of signal processing techniques, including filtering, modulation, demodulation, spectral analysis, Fourier transforms, and statistical signal processing.
Familiarity with radar tracking methodologies, such as alpha-beta filters, Kalman filters, or multi-hypothesis trackers (MHT)
Proficiency in implementing signal processing algorithms using programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.
Fluency on data science tools like NumPy/Scikit-learn, and cloud services (Google Cloud Platform).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.
Experience with real-time signal processing, DSP platforms, or embedded systems.
Experience with real-time fixed-point signal processing on embedded systems, including DSP processors and FPGAs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system-level performance optimization.
You have knowledge of RF engineering principles and practices.
You have designed, developed, and optimized advanced DSP algorithms for signal processing applications, focusing on radar signal processing and background subtraction.
You have expertise in radar signal processing and object detection from RF signals, including algorithms such as CFAR, SVD, and other radar signal processing techniques.
You have experience analyzing and preprocessing radar data to enhance signal quality, reduce noise, and extract relevant features.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of relevant experience
Real-world work experience in relevant roles in a commercial setting.
Ideally, full life cycle experience with an electronics product that has shipped and achieved meaningful commercial success.
Preference for candidates with experience in a startup or fast-paced environment and exposure to ambient sensing and sensor fusion technologies.
