Responsibilities :

- Develop and build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design.
- Integrate external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
Qualifications: - Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- bility to be independent to build applications.
- Strong Python development skills with backend and/or full-stack application experience.
- zure experience required, including Azure-native services and enterprise integrations.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design.
- Hands-on RAG experience required, including retrieval patterns, vector search, knowledge grounding, and evaluation.
- Experience integrating external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Familiarity with modern AI application frameworks and tooling (e.g. MCP/tool integrations, multi agent architectures).
- Strong database and SQL experience, with the ability to design scalable data models and services.
- Proven systems thinker who can take ambiguous business problems from concept through production deployment.
- Cloud AI fundamentals (Azure) Certification; nice to have
- Digital Transformation Leadership Certification; nice to have
- Familiar with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI productivity platforms.
