Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Embryologist to oversee daily laboratory operations and perform advanced embryology procedures in a fast-paced fertility practice. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality laboratory standards, supporting patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform egg retrievals, embryo transfers, fertilization assessments, and embryo grading.
  • Conduct ICSI, embryo and egg freezing/thawing, and PGD biopsy with DNA preparation.
  • Perform daily laboratory setup and quality control activities.
  • Complete andrology functions, endocrine testing, and phlebotomy as needed.
  • Follow laboratory procedures for specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Reproductive Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in embryology, andrology, medical technology, and phlebotomy.
  • Minimum 4 years of laboratory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related scientific field.
  • 5+ years of experience in embryology, andrology, and endocrinology testing.
