Evergreen Innovation Group, part of DPR Family of Companies, isseeking an experiencedSenior ElectricalProjectManagerwith a minimum of 10 years ofelectricalcommercial construction experience.This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time whilemaintaininga high-level quality, safety, and customer loyalty.They will beultimately responsiblefor day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost,riskand business management of a project.Management will be ofelectricalcommercial projects within ourDPRcore markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial. They will work closely with all members of the project team as well asProjectExecutives and Regional Leadership. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members (ProjectEngineers,Senior Project Engineers,Superintendents, andFieldOfficeCoordinator).

• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast-paced growth.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.

• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.

• Cost control, billings, and collections for assigned project.

• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.

• Challenge & support jobsite and self-perform work team.

• Accountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

• A strong work ethic and a 2can-do2 attitude.

Education and Experience

• Experience with running multiplecomplex, highly technical projects preferably within DPR27s core markets.

• 10+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.

• Bachelor27s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.



Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
