What You'll Do- Lead the design and development of complex PCB assemblies and electrical subsystems from concept through production.
- Own schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, design reviews, board bring-up, validation testing, and manufacturing support activities.
- Design robust analog, digital, and power electronics solutions for demanding environments.
- Apply DFM, DFT, reliability, and scalability principles.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex hardware failures.
- Collaborate across software, mechanical, manufacturing, product, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Drive electrical design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Support field deployments and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to engineering process improvements.
Requirements- Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer.
- Strong experience designing analog, digital, and power electronic circuits.
- Experience designing high-speed digital systems.
- Strong understanding of PCB stack-up design, signal integrity, power distribution, grounding, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Significant hands-on experience with bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Experience designing products for manufacturability and production scale.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional electronics development experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred- Experience with battery-powered systems or motor control electronics.
- Background in UAVs, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems.
- Experience supporting production ramp and high-rate manufacturing.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001.
- Experience integrating sensors, cameras, radios, or embedded computing platforms.

Work EnvironmentThis position typically operates in a standard office and requires use of standard office and may require occasional travel to customer locations or facilities. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross-functional collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard works hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
