Full Job Description

Lead the adoption of Point of Care Informatics solutions by driving customer onboarding, workflow optimization, user enablement, and sustained utilization across healthcare environments. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and long-term value realization. Partner closely with commercial, service, implementation, and global teams to align solution deployment, standardize best practices, develop enablement materials, and improve customer outcomes. As a content and workflow owner, support continuous improvement of adoption playbooks, implementation approaches, and governance processes to accelerate time to value, strengthen user confidence, and increase consistency across customer sites.

•    Lead adoption of Point of Care Informatics solutions by coordinating onboarding, go-live readiness, workflow stabilization, and post-implementation follow-up for customers and internal stakeholders.
•    Assess current-state clinical and operational workflows, identify barriers to adoption, and recommend configuration, process, and training improvements that increase solution utilization and user confidence.
•    Develop and deliver enablement plans, adoption playbooks, and user education that support standardized implementation and effective use of informatics capabilities across customer sites.
•    Partner cross-functionally with sales, service, project management, implementation, IT, and global teams to align responsibilities, manage handoffs, and drive issue resolution throughout the customer adoption journey.
•    Track adoption indicators, customer health signals, and workflow outcomes to identify risks, support continuous improvement, and demonstrate value realization for informatics solutions.

•    You have experience supporting point of care information systems and middleware, healthcare informatics, clinical systems, middleware, or digital solution implementations in customer-facing environments.
•    You understand how to analyze and improve point of care coordinator workflows, adoption barriers, and change management needs across decentralized care settings.
•    You have strong communication and facilitation skills and can work effectively with customer IT teams, clinical stakeholders, service teams, and cross-functional collaborators.
•    You are comfortable developing enablement content, adoption plans, and standard work that support onboarding, go-live readiness, and long-term utilization.
•    You demonstrate strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
•    You demonstrate leadership and collaboration across organizational levels and are self-motivated in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
•    You demonstrate strong command of the English language (spoken and written) and cultural sensitivity to interact effectively with diverse customer and stakeholder audiences. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
•    You are willing to travel domestically as needed to support implementations, workflow assessments, customer meetings, and adoption activities.
 
Required skills to have for the success of this role
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, informatics, information technology, clinical applications, or a related field required
•    Experience with healthcare IT, middleware, interoperability, or informatics solution deployment preferred
•    Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, adoption, training, clinical applications, or informatics roles within healthcare or medical technology preferred

 

The base pay range for this position is:

$123,120 - $169,290

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
