Job Description

Senior Ecommerce Specialist to serve as the operational engine behind our digital commerce launches. You'll ensure inventory, pricing, promotions, content, and customer experiences are fully configured and launch-ready across mobile web and app. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, builds processes that keep cross-functional teams in sync, and turns ambiguity into precise execution. You're detail-obsessed, data-savvy, and equally comfortable leading a launch readiness review or troubleshooting a live site issue.

Reports to: Ecommerce Director

What You'll Own

Launch Readiness & Operational Execution
  • Act as operational lead for digital commerce launches, confirming inventory, pricing, promotions, content, and customer experiences are correctly set up for go-live across mobile web and app
  • Align launch timelines and dependencies across Site Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce
  • Ensure the org can handle demand spikes, virality, promotions, and growth-driven traffic across D2C digital channels
  • Run readiness reviews, staging validation, and smoke testing for flawless launches at every customer touchpoint
  • Build and manage launch calendars, project trackers, and workflows that keep teams aligned
  • Drive site content strategy, ensuring assets are accurate, timely, and well-placed


Digital Commerce Operations
  • Set up and maintain collections, promotional offers, and merchandising experiences on proprietary platforms
  • Build and test promotional campaigns for accuracy and a seamless customer experience
  • Keep product info, pricing, inventory status, and promo messaging accurate


Inventory & Forecast Planning
  • Monitor inventory health, launch allocations, and replenishment plans to flag risks early
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to align inventory with launch plans, promos, and demand forecasts
  • Support forecasting through promo planning, tracker maintenance, and launch projections
  • Report on promo and homepage performance with actionable recommendations


Operational Governance & Process Excellence
  • Build and maintain launch checklists, playbooks, and governance frameworks for consistency at scale
  • Maintain trackers across innovation launches, promotions, campaigns, and other digital commerce initiatives
  • Hit operational milestones and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
  • Continuously push for greater efficiency, accuracy, and speed in digital commerce ops


Customer Experience & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Support QA testing for new site features and commerce initiatives
  • Join planning meetings, launch reviews, and business updates to keep priorities on track
  • Serve as a trusted cross-team partner, giving stakeholders visibility into timelines, risks, and progress
  • Manage and develop digital commerce coordinators


What You Bring
  • 3-5 years in digital commerce operations, ecommerce, merchandising ops, project management, or similar
  • Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail; steady and fast under pressure
  • Solid grasp of product launches, promotional execution, inventory management, and operational workflows
  • Flexibility around major launch and promotional windows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills across competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.


Nice to Have
  • Tableau or other reporting tool experience (we'll train on this)

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
