Au sein d’une équipe dynamique et en collaboration à notre Directeur Ingénierie, vous encadrez les équipes d’Ingénieur(e)s opérationnelles et projets. Vous garantissez ainsi l'optimisation des résultats de l'activité ingénierie à court et moyen terme mais aussi la qualité de service que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients, tout en veillant au respect de nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos Missions :

- Coordonner et superviser l'activité de votre équipe (90 personnes dont 4 directs reports ; managers, cadres, ingénieurs, etc.) représentant 5 métiers : Mécanique, Automatismes Industriels, Cybersécurité, Audio/Vidéo et Structure

- Porter, manager, piloter et participer aux projets et initiatives du secteur d’activités et de la division (en termes de sécurité, fiabilité, pérennité et efficacité des attractions) mais également aux initiatives du segment

- Evaluer l’action et la performance de vos collaborateurs, favoriser leur développement professionnel et développer une dynamique d'équipe

- Participer à l’élaboration et à la construction des budgets de fonctionnement et, contrôler les budgets alloués aux départements dont vous avez responsabilité

- Préparer et construire le plan pluriannuel de maintenance du resort

- Délivrer les résultats attendus des départements accompagnés, les optimiser et proposer toutes actions en vue de leur amélioration

- Veiller à l’application des règles légales et conventionnelles, des accords et politiques RH et au maintien du climat social

Votre Profil :

- Titulaire d’un diplôme Ingénieur(e) spécialisé en génie mécanique ou en automatismes industriels avec au moins 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le Management d’équipes techniques sur une population de cadres majoritairement,

- Expérience de 10 ans minimum dans les domaines de conception, documentation technique et analyse de pannes, gestion de projets,

- Une expérience probante en gestion d’investissements et élaboration de stratégie long terme serait idéal,

- Bonne Maitrise des Budgets et autres Analyses Financières ainsi que des outils IT (Pack Office),

- Vous avez une expérience reconnue en gestion de projet, en accompagnement d’équipe mais aussi en gestion clients et en vulgarisation des activités d’Ingénierie

- La maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau courant est nécessaire sur ce poste (niveau européen B2 minimum).
