As a Senior Dynamics 365 Power Platform Architect, you will make an impact by designing end-to-end solutions that bring together Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, and Azure services to solve real business problems. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team, working closely with the Program Director to shape how the platform scales and evolves.
In this role, you will
• Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, and Azure services
• Create architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications
• Build and configure Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to meet business requirements
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization and analytics
Required skills
• 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service
• Hands-on experience across the Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure integration services
• Proficiency with .NET concepts and C# coding
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills
Preferred skills
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and Copilot Studio

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $108,000.00 - 125,000.00 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
