Qualifications

• 8+ years of advanced network engineering experience, with a senior-level focus in engineering or architectural roles
• Proficiency in creating and executing Runbooks, coupled with skills in technical documentation and quality assurance
• Experience with large-scale circuit deployments (including DIA, WAN, cellular) and enterprise-level firewall and routing/switching projects
• Deep knowledge of key networking concepts such as routing, switching, VLAN design, and network circuit management
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven skills in identifying process gaps and resolving technical quality issues
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for network systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation and Runbooks
• Oversee large-scale circuit and enterprise firewall deployment initiatives
• Manage routing and switching projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with teams to enhance centralized network management and change management processes
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and quality issues in network environments
• Provide support and guidance to junior network engineers and stakeholders
