Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the installation, configuration, and management of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise networks, providing Tier 3 support, and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable network environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and expertise in Cisco, F5, and Juniper technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, analyze, diagnose, and resolve enterprise network issues.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for network infrastructure.
• Resolve incidents and document activities using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain network availability.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
• Design and maintain highly available enterprise cloud network architectures.
• Evaluate emerging networking technologies and recommend solutions.
• Install and configure network hardware in data centers and corporate offices.
• Perform network changes with minimal business disruption.
• Execute network maintenance, upgrades, service packs, and patches.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and utilization across LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN environments.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise networks.
• 2+ years of experience in network design, planning, migration, connectivity, and support.
• Strong experience with Cisco, F5, and Juniper networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP, UDP, STP, HSRP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, or similar networking certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in Retail, Fuel Operations, or Supply Chain environments.
• Experience performing network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Ability to participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
