Position Description: We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET, SQL Server, and React JS to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. This role requires hands on technical leadership, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. Experience with Azure cloud development and AI powered coding assistants or developer productivity tools is a plus.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and React JS
. Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services using modern .NET frameworks
. Develop responsive, user friendly front end components using React JS and related libraries
. Design and optimize SQL Server database schemas, queries, and stored procedures
. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
. Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and DevOps teams
. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 7+ years of professional software development experience
. Strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
. Solid experience with SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, schema design)
. Hands on experience building front end applications with React JS
. Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
. Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
. Experience with Git based source control and CI/CD pipelines
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications
. Experience with Azure cloud development (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, etc.)
. Familiarity with AI coding assistants or building AI enabled developer tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, automation)
. Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud native architectures
. Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $176,300.00.
