Key Responsibilities: - Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from initial scoping through production, with minimal guidance.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing production systems.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- Evaluate new technologies and improve our software stack.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability standards.
- Effectively communicate with business and technology partners.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping improve code quality, maintainability, and team development practices
Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience demonstrating strong foundations in computer science and web development.
- 5+ years of technical experience in the .NET stack.
- Strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
- Experience with unit testing and writing testable code; NUnit and NSubstitute preferred.
Nice to have: - Experience with Blazor, React, or another front-end development ecosystem preferred.
- Experience with RDBMS; SQL Server preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
- Experience with Docker and Azure-based deployment environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications, including .NET Framework and/or Classic ASP.
