1. Licensee Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned licensees, with particular focus on larger accounts including Big 10 licensees. Act as a trusted advisor to licensees, providing strategic guidance and support. Ensure consistent branding alignment across all licensee operations and communications.
2. Impact Project Management & Follow-Up
The Senior District Manager will be the primary leader and planned for high-impact project management initiatives across the United States and Canada. Develop comprehensive project timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Conduct thorough follow-up activities to ensure project completion and measure effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
3. Team Leadership and Development
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to direct reports. Support organizational structure by reducing directors' span of control. Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the team.
4. Territory Optimization
Manage relationships with larger, high-volume licensees while strategically redistributing smaller licensees to other District Managers. Support team members in building their district volume through strategic account allocation. Optimize territory coverage to maximize efficiency and relationship quality.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
Experience: • 5 years of retail sales and sales management experience in a multi-store, high-volume organization, preferably with experience in furniture retail and fulfillment-based operations employing a licensee or franchise model, Required • Supervisory/Management experience, required
